For HOMECARE WORKERS wanting to be on the  Registry to find work, call the REGISTRY HOTLINE at 510-577-5694 for more information.

HOMECARE WORKERS needing information about their health benefits can call the new HEALTH BENEFITS HOTLINE at 510-777-4201.

For PROVIDER paycheck concerns, employment verification , W-4's and workers compensation claims call IHSS PAYROLL at 510-577-1877.

For those APPLYING FOR IHSS call 510-577-1800. 
 
Consumers can learn their SOCIAL WORKER's name and phone number, and current authorized hours, and request enrollment packets for new homecare workers by calling 510-577-1900.
