Consumers can call 510-577-1980 to request lists of eligible homecare workers.
Homecare workers can call 510-577-5694 for Registry information and to update their status.

Need to Reach In-Home Supportive Services?

For those APPLYING FOR IHSS call 510-577-1800.
Consumers can learn their SOCIAL WORKER's name and phone number, and current authorized hours, and request enrollment packets for new homecare workers by calling 577-1900.
For IHSS PAYROLL and information on PROVIDER enrollment and paychecks, call 510-577-1877.
